Every listing carries the same information, so comparison does not depend on how well a project describes itself.

The impact – The Impact Score summarises a project’s total predicted ESG impact in one number. Behind it sits the full Impact Report: the ESG indicators that make up the score, key climate and biodiversity impacts, and the sustainability frameworks the outcomes map to.
The money – Every listing breaks its costs down the same way, across materials, implementation, maintenance, productivity compensation and administration, and shows what the seller and landholders are contributing in kind. You can see what your money buys and what the project is worth beyond it.
What you can claim – Each listing states which outcomes the investor can claim and which belong to someone else. Where a project is registered under a credit scheme, it says who owns the units. Where outcomes are not registrable, it says who can report them.
The credentials – Along with the seller, two things on every listing tell you how durable the outcome is. These are permanence (whether the site has no formal protection, a voluntary conservation agreement, or a legal instrument registered on title that binds future owners) and verification (whether the seller will engage a third party to verify or audit the outcomes, and who that is). Both are supported by evidence from the seller for additional transparency.

Contact the seller – Use the ‘register your interest’ form to contact the seller directly via the marketplace. No account is needed to browse or to make contact.
Negotiate directly – Scope, price and terms are agreed between you and the seller. The seller moves the listing to ‘Under negotiation’ while you talk.
